Penganan ini terbuat dari singkong yang di parut kemudian di tambahkan garam, lalu di beri isian tumisan oncom yang pedas. Saya kurang tau dari mana penganan ini berasal, tetapi sempat beberapa kali membuat combro dengan isian oncom dan variasi isian lainnya yang saya gunakan adalah tempe yang di cacah halus dan tentunya tidak mengurangi kelezatan combro itu sendiri.

Rasa gurih dari oncom atau tempe yang pedas sangat cocok di padukan dengan singkong. Di makan ketika hangat sangat menggugah selera, ditemani secangkir teh di pagi hari ataupun sore hari. Penasaran ? Ayo, saya bagikan kembali bahan berikut cara membuatnya ya...

Resep combro di dapur kusNeti 2015

Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan :
  • 1 kg singkong, di kupas dan dibersihkan lalu di parut
  • 1 sdm tepung terigu
  • 1 sdm tepung sagu
  • 6 buah oncom
  • 5 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 15 buah cabe rawit
  • 4 buah cabe merah
  • 1 genggam daun kemangi
  • 4 sdt garam
  • 2 sdt gula pasir
  • Minyak secukupnya

Bahan - bahan yang di gunakan untuk isian combro
Cara Membuatnya :
  1. Tambahkan 1 sdt garam halus, 1 sdm tepung terigu dan 1 sdm tepung sagu ke dalam singkong yang sudah di parut, aduk hingga merata, sisihkan
  2. Cacah hingga halus 6 buah oncom atau bisa di hancurkan dengan cara di remas-remas menggunakan tangan
  3. Giling halus 15 buah cabe rawit, 4 buah cabe merah, 5 siung bawang merah dan 3 siung bawang putih, sisihkan
  4. Iris tipis 1 genggam daun kemangi, sisihkan
  5. Panaskan minyak di dalam wajan secukupnya saja untuk menumis, lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum
  6. Masukkan 1 genggam daun kemangi kemudian oncom yang sudah di hancurkan, aduk hingga merata
  7. Tambahkan 3 sdt garam halus dan 2 sdt gula pasir, aduk merata lalu cicip rasanya sesuai selera ( tambahkan garam dan gula apabila perlu )
  8. Aduk merata lalu angkat, dinginkan
  9. Panaskan minyak di dalam wajan untuk menggoreng combro
  10. Ambil 1 sdm adonan singkong, pipihkan lalu masukkan isian oncom kemudian rapatkan dan bentuk bulat lonjong
  11. Masukkan ke dalam minyak yang sudah panas lalu goreng hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan, angkat dan sajikan

Untuk rasa di sesuaikan dengan selera masing-masing ya... jika kurang pedas, anda boleh menambahkan jumlah cabe rawit yang akan di gunakan. Dan jangan lupa singkong termasuk bahan makanan yang memiliki karbohidrat yang cukup tinggi, oleh karena itu makan combro beberapa buah saja bisa membuat perut kenyang dan hati senang. These snacks are made from grated cassava then add salt, then give oncom spicy stuffing. I'm less know where these snacks came from, but had several times made combro with oncom stuffing and other variations of stuffing that I use is tempe smooth minced and certainly does not reduce the delights combro itself.

Oncom or savory flavor of the spicy tempe is perfect in the mix with cassava. The meal when warm very tempting, accompanied by a cup of tea in the morning or afternoon. Curious? Come on, this is the recipe I share back ya ...

Here are the ingredients and how to make
Ingredients :
  • 1 kg of cassava, peeled and cleaned and grated
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tbsp sagoo flour
  • 6 pieces oncom
  • 5 red onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 15 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 4 red chilies
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Oil to taste

The ingredients for combro stuffing
How To Make :
  1. Add 1 tsp fine salt, 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tbsp sagoo flour into the grated cassava already, mix well and set aside
  2. Until finely chopped 6 pieces oncom or can be destroyed in a manner knead by hand
  3. Finely minced 15 pieces of chili, 4 red chilies, 5 cloves of onion and 3 cloves of garlic, set aside
  4. Thinly sliced ??1 handful basil leaves, set aside
  5. Heat the oil in a skillet just enough for sauteing and stir-fry the spices until fragrant
  6. Add 1 handful basil leaves then oncom already destroyed, mix well
  7. Add 3 tsp fine salt and 2 tsp sugar, stir well and then tasting it feels to taste ( add salt and sugar if necessary )
  8. Toss well and lift, chill
  9. Heat the oil in a skillet for frying combro
  10. Take 1 tablespoon of dough cassava, and flatten the cassava dough and enter stuffing oncom then moving them together and form oval
  11. Put it in the already hot oil and fry until cooked and lightly browned, remove from heat and serve

To sense adjusted to the taste of each ya ... if less spicy, you must add the amount of cayenne pepper that will be used.
