Masakan Madiun Resep Es Kacang Merah Legit ( Sweet Red Bean Ice Recipe ) Khas Indonesia

Es kacang merah sangat digemari di kota kami, rasanya manis dan legit serta segar dimakan pada saat cuaca panas. Cara membuatnya juga cukup mudah, jadi kita bisa membuat es kacang merah sendiri di rumah.
Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya...


Bahan - bahan :
  • 250 gram kacang merah
  • 100 gram gula pasir
  • 50 gram gula merah
  • 2 sdt kayumanis bubuk
  • 1 sdm coklat bubuk dilarutkan dengan air

Untuk kuah :
  • 3 gelas santan kental
  • 4 lembar daun pandan
  • 1 sdm tepung maizena dilarutkan dengan air
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 2 Liter air
  • Susu kental manis secukupnya
  • Es batu secukupnya

Cara membuatnya :
  1. Rendam 250 gram kacang merah selama 3 - 4 jam atau lebih lama lebih baik sehingga ketika di rebus kacang dapat cepat mengembang dan benar-benar empuk
  2. Didihkan 2 liter air di dalam panci, tiriskan air rendaman kacang merah lalu rebus kacang merah hingga benar-benar empuk
  3. Masukkan 100 gram gula pasir, 50 gram gula merah, 2 sdt kayumanis bubuk, 1 sdm coklat bubuk yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air
  4. Aduk rata lalu biarkan bahan-bahan tersebut meresap dan airnya menyusut, angkat dan sisihkan
  5. Masak 3 gelas santan kental dengan 4 lembar daun pandan, tambahkan 1/2 sdt garam dan larutan 1 sdm tepung maizena, setelah mengental angkat
  6. Untuk penyajiannya : letakkan beberapa sendok kacang merah rebus, tuang dengan kuah santannya lalu beri susu kental manis dan es batu, dan siap di sajikan

Perendaman kacang merah sangat diperlukan agar ketika direbus kacang merah benar-benar empuk dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk merebusnya. Dapat direndam 3 - 4 jam atau semalaman. Sajiannya bisa ditambahkan buah-buahan sesuai selera anda, tetapi lebih mantap jika menggunakan buah nangka. Untuk kuahnya, santan dapat di gantikan dengan susu cair. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D


Sweet Red Bean Ice Recipe


Red bean ice is very popular in our town, sweet and sticky and eaten fresh during hot weather. How to make it fairly easy, so we can make red bean ice alone at home.
Here are the ingredients and how to make it ...

Ingredients :
  • 250 grams of red beans
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder dissolved in water
For the sauce :
  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • 4 leaves of pandan leaves
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Liters of water
  • Sweetened condensed milk to taste
  • Ice cubes as needed

How to make :
  1. Soak 250 grams of red beans for 3-4 hours or longer is better so that when boiled peanuts can quickly inflate and really soft
  2. Boil 2 liters of water in the pan, drain the soaking water and boiled red beans red beans until completely tender
  3. Enter 100 grams of sugar, 50 grams of brown sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder that has been diluted with water
  4. Stir well and let these materials absorb and water is shrinking, remove and set aside

Soaking beans is necessary so when boiled red beans really soft and does not require a long time to boil. Can be soaked 3-4 hours or overnight.
