Bubur ayam yang satu ini sangat cocok untuk di santap pagi, siang atau malam. Tekstur nya yang lembut menjadikan perut terasa nyaman, ditambah dengan rasa gurih dari kuahnya semakin membuat bubur ini mantap untuk di coba.
Salah satu kendala untuk membuat bubur ini adalah proses dalam memasak bubur yang cukup lama sampai beras yang di gunakan benar-benar menjadi lembut, tetapi itu semua tidak sebanding dengan rasanya. Akhirnya saatnya menyantap bubur ayam buatan sendiri nih, ditemani dengan teh hangat menjadi hidangan yang satu ini semakin mantap rasanya... yuk bunda, berikut resepnya saya bagikan untuk anda
Bahan bubur :
- 250 gram beras
- 2 liter air
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 3 sdt garam halus
Bahan Kuah :
- 600 gram ayam bagian dada
- 1 liter air
- 2 batang serai, dikeprak
- 1 cm jahe, dikeprak
- 1 cm lengkuas, dikeprak
Bahan Bumbu yang di haluskan :
- 5 buah bawang putih
- 7 buah bawang merah
- 1 sdt ketumbar
- 1 sdt merica
- 1 cm kunyit
- 2 buah kemiri
- 1/2 sdt kayu manis bubuk
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 3 sdt garam kasar
- 3 sdm kecap manis
- 3 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis
Bahan Pelengkap :
- 50 gram kerupuk kanji
- 2 batang daun bawang di iris tipis
- 2 sdm daun seledri di iris tipis
- 2 sdm bawang goreng
- Kecap asin secukupnya
Cara Membuatnya :
- Didihkan 1 liter air, lalu masukkan 600 gram ayam bagian dada yang sudah dipotong-potong
- Tambahkan 1 cm jahe di keprak, 2 batang serai di keprak, dan 1 cm lengkuas di keprak
- Masak hingga ayam lunak lalu angkat, pisahkan ayam dari air kaldu dan goreng hingga kuning tetapi jangan terlalu garing atau renyah, suwir-suwir ayam
- Sisihkan kira-kira 2 gelas air kaldu dari rebusan ayam untuk campuran memasak bahan bubur
- Tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan hingga harum, tambahkan 2 lembar daun salam dan 3 sdm kecap manis, aduk rata dan angkat
- Masak semua bahan bubur hingga benar-benar lembut, angkat
- Untuk penyajiannya : Ambil beberapa sendok bubur lalu masukkan ke dalam mangkuk yang tersedia, tambahkan 1 sdm ayam suwir, taburi dengan bawang goreng, seledri dan daun bawang serta tambahkan kecap asin secukupnya
- Beri kuah di dalam mangkuk bubur atau secara terpisah, sajikan
Kerupuk kanji bisa diganti dengan emping, boleh ditambahkan kacang kedelai atau kacang tanah goreng serta irisan telur rebus. Selanjutnya terserah anda untuk menikmatinya, tambahkan dengan kecap manis ataupun kecap asin sesuai selera ya bunda. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D
Simple Chicken Porridge Recipe

Porridge ingredients :
- 250 grams of rice

- 2 pieces of hazelnut
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tablespoons coarse salt
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Complement Ingredients :
- 50 grams of crackers kanji
- 2 leeks in thin slices
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced ??celery
- 2 tablespoons fried onions
- Soy sauce to taste
How To Make :
- Bring to boil 1 liter of water, and then enter 600 grams of chicken breast piece that has been cut into pieces
- Add 1 cm ginger in crushed, 2 stalks lemongrass in crushed, and 1 cm galangal in crushed
- Cook until chicken is tender and lift, separate chicken from broth and fried until golden but not too crisp or crunchy, chicken shreded
