Masakan ayam jahe dengan cara di kukus dan di oven.
Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
1 kg ayam bagian dada 1 ruas jahe atau 2 sdm jahe yang sudah di haluskan 10 buah cabai merah 3 siung bawang merah 1/2 buah bawang bombay, di iris kasar 1 sdt kunyit 1 sdt jinten 2 sdm air asam jawa 2 sdm gula merah 1/4 gelas santan kental ( optional ) 4 sdt garam halus 1 sdm minyak sayur
Resep ayam jahe diatas terpikirkan sekejap ketika akan mengolah ayam dengan meminimalkan minyak di dalam masakan tersebut, maunya olahan ayam yang tentunya sehat. Setelah di pikir tentu cara mengukus lebih efektif ketimbang menggunakan cara menggoreng yang mempunyai kolesterol yang tinggi.

Here are the ingredients and how to make
1 kg chicken chest 1 vertebra ginger or 2 tbsp ginger puree 10 red chilies 3 cloves of red onions 1/2 onions, in sliced 1 tsp turmeric 1 teaspoon cumin 2 tablespoons tamarind water 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 cup coconut milk ( optional ) 4 tsp fine salt 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Sebenarnya suami doyan sekali dengan olahan ayam, dimasak dengan cara apapun tetap ayam menjadi favoritnya. Meskipun tidak rewel soal jenis masakannya, tetapi bagi saya sudah menjadi kewajiban agar olahan yang berbahan dasar ayam tidak melulu di goreng karena saya tidak terlalu menyukai olahan dari ayam tetapi lebih kepada seafood atau makanan laut... berbanding terbalik dari suami kan hehehehe :D. Namun tentunya saya juga harus memikirkan segi kesehatannya ya,,, jadi harus di seimbangkan dengan menu sayur-sayuran juga.
Masakan ayam jahe berikut ini adalah alternatif untuk memasak ayam selain di goreng, semur, dan opor. Meskipun tetap memakai santan kental di dalam resepnya, tetapi masakan yang satu ini tidak benar-benar berminyak. Santan kentalnya berfungsi untuk melembutkan ayam yang akan di kukus, sedangkan ayam akan mengeluarkan citarasa yang unik ketika di oven. Tetapi karena suami sangat menyukai jenis masakan apa saja yang berkuah, jadi waktu pengovenan saya singkat dan waktu pengukusannya saya perpanjang agar ayam menjadi benar-benar matang.
Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan :
Cara Membuatnya :
1. Cuci bersih 1 kg ayam bagian dada lalu potong sesuai selera, sisihkan
2. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak sayur di dalam wajan, tumis bawang bombay yang di iris kasar hingga layu. Angkat dan dinginkan
3. Haluskan 10 buah cabai merah, 3 siung bawang merah dan 1 ruas jahe sampai benar-benar halus. Taruh di dalam mangkok, sisihkan
4. Tambahkan bumbu-bumbu yang sudah di haluskan tadi dengan 1 sdt kunyit, 1 sdt jinten, 2 sdm air asam jawa, 2 sdm gula merah, 4 sdt garam halus dan bawang bombay lalu aduk hingga semua bumbu tercampur rata ( apabila perlu di cicip sedikit untuk mengetahui rasanya, tambahkan garam sesuai selera anda jika di rasakan rasanya kurang asin ).
5. Campurkan ayam dengan bumbu yang sudah di haluskan tadi, pijat perlahan agar bumbu meresap lalu masukkan ke kulkas selama beberapa jam ( kalau saya, ayamnya saya marinasi satu hari sebelum akan di masak. Jadi ayam sudah dimarinasi dan disimpan di dalam kulkas hari ini kemudian besok baru saya masak )
6. Keluarkan ayam dari dalam kulkas, panaskan air di dalam kukusan. Setelah air di dalam kukusan mendidih, kukus ayam selama kurang lebih 45 menit atau hingga ayam matang lalu angkat dan dinginkan
7. Lalu oven ayam kembali selama kurang lebih 60 menit atau sampai kuah menyusut. Angkat dan hidangkan bersama nasi hangat.

Dan resep diatas sebagai modifikasi resep, suami saya bilang rasa jahenya benar-benar terasa. Jadi kalau anda kurang menyukai rasa jahe yang kuat maka silahkan mengurangi takaran penggunaan jahenya ya :D... Dan untuk pengganti santan kentalnya jika bunda tidak menyukainya, bunda bisa mencoba menggunakan yogurt rasa plain. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Husband actually hooked once with chicken dishes, cooked any way remains chicken into her favorite food. Although not fussy about the type of cooking, but for me it is the duty order dishes based on fried chicken is not only because I am not too fond of the chicken dishes but rather the seafood... inverse of the husband hehehehe :D , But of course I also have to think in terms of health yes ,,, so it should be in balance with a menu of vegetables too.
Ginger chicken dishes following is an alternative to cook besides fried chicken, stew, and curry. Although still wearing thick coconut milk in the recipe, but cooking this one is not really greasy. The function of coconut milk to soften for steamed chicken, while a chicken will issue a unique flavor when in the oven. But because the husband really liked what type of cuisine fry, so I'm short of oven timing and I renew steamed time until the chickens be completely cooked.
