Manfaat beras ketan hitam
Beras ketan hitam merupakan salah satu bahan makanan yang mengandung antioksidan yang tinggi dan mempunyai sifat anti inflasi, oleh karena itu salah satu manfaatnya adalah untuk mencegah penyakit diabetes dengan dapat menurunkan kadar gula darah bagi penderitanya. Untuk anemia, alzheimer, menjaga kecantikan kulit, membersihkan kolesterol dalam darah dan masih banyak lagi manfaat-manfaat lainnya.
Dan tentunya disamping manfaat di atas, beras ketan hitam dapat diolah menjadi berbagai macam penganan seperti bolu kukus ketan hitam, brownies ketan hitam dan lain-lain. Termasuk di dalam salah satu resep dari beras ketan hitam adalah bubur ketan hitam yang akan saya bagikan di sini.
Nah, tidak perlu waktu lama untuk merebus beras ketan hitam apabila sudah direndam karena tekstur beras ketan hitamnya sudah mengembang dan mudah lembut.
Dan tentunya disamping manfaat di atas, beras ketan hitam dapat diolah menjadi berbagai macam penganan seperti bolu kukus ketan hitam, brownies ketan hitam dan lain-lain. Termasuk di dalam salah satu resep dari beras ketan hitam adalah bubur ketan hitam yang akan saya bagikan di sini.
Memasak bubur ketan hitam yang manis dan gurih
Untuk memasak beras ketan hitam, terlebih dahulu saya rendam selama kurang lebih 1 jam, tetapi tidak masalah jika anda ingin merendamnya lebih lama. Karena perendaman beras ketan hitam bertujuan untuk mempermudah kita sewaktu merebus beras ketan hitam agar cepat lembut.Nah, tidak perlu waktu lama untuk merebus beras ketan hitam apabila sudah direndam karena tekstur beras ketan hitamnya sudah mengembang dan mudah lembut.
Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan untuk bubur :
500 gram beras ketan hitam 150 gram gula merah 300 gram gula pasir 2 sdt garam halus 1 gelas santan kental
Bahan-bahan untuk saus santan :
3 gelas santan kental 4 lembar daun pandan 2 sdt garam halus 2 sdt vanila ( optional )
Bahan-bahan untuk saus santan :
Cara Membuatnya :
1. Cuci bersih beras ketan hitam yang sudah di rendam, beri air hingga seluruh beras ketan hitam terendam lalu rebus dengan api kompor yang besar
2. Setelah mendidih, kecilkan api dan aduk-aduk terus agar bagian bawahnya tidak gosong sampai air menyusut
3. Tambahkan air lagi apabila beras ketan hitam belum lembut dan hancur
4. Setelah beras ketan hitam lembut dan sedikit hancur, tambahkan 150 gram gula merah yang sudah di iris terlebih dahulu lalu tambahkan 300 gram gula pasir dan aduk rata hingga gula larut
5. Selanjutnya tambahkan 2 sdt garam halus dan 1 gelas santan kental, aduk hingga airnya sedikit menyusut lalu angkat
6. Selanjutnya untuk menyiapkan saus santan : rebus 3 gelas santan kental dengan api sedang sambil terus di aduk
7. Tambahkan 2 sdt garam halus dan 4 lembar daun pandan yang sudah di ikat simpul (Jika tidak ada daun pandan, anda boleh menambahkan 2 sdt vanili agar saus santan beraroma harum
8. Setelah mendidih angkat saus dan dinginkan. Untuk penyajian : tuang beberapa sendok bubur ketan hitam ke dalam mangkuk lalu beri saus santan di atasnya, hidangkan
2. Setelah mendidih, kecilkan api dan aduk-aduk terus agar bagian bawahnya tidak gosong sampai air menyusut
3. Tambahkan air lagi apabila beras ketan hitam belum lembut dan hancur
4. Setelah beras ketan hitam lembut dan sedikit hancur, tambahkan 150 gram gula merah yang sudah di iris terlebih dahulu lalu tambahkan 300 gram gula pasir dan aduk rata hingga gula larut
5. Selanjutnya tambahkan 2 sdt garam halus dan 1 gelas santan kental, aduk hingga airnya sedikit menyusut lalu angkat
6. Selanjutnya untuk menyiapkan saus santan : rebus 3 gelas santan kental dengan api sedang sambil terus di aduk
7. Tambahkan 2 sdt garam halus dan 4 lembar daun pandan yang sudah di ikat simpul (Jika tidak ada daun pandan, anda boleh menambahkan 2 sdt vanili agar saus santan beraroma harum
8. Setelah mendidih angkat saus dan dinginkan. Untuk penyajian : tuang beberapa sendok bubur ketan hitam ke dalam mangkuk lalu beri saus santan di atasnya, hidangkan
