Membuat roti burger yang cepat dan mudah
Ternyata membuat roti burger sendiri di rumah sangatlah mudah bunda, tinggal mengikuti langkah - langkah resep di bawah ini. Dan roti burger pun tersedia di meja anda. Dengan membuat sendiri di rumah, tentunya sangat nyaman bagi kita ketika menyantapnya karena kita mengetahui bahan - bahan apa saja yang dipakai.
Untuk patty burgernya saya buat dengan kreasi tempe, karena bahan baku tempe sangatlah mudah di dapat dan harganya pun terjangkau tentunya bunda tidak terlalu keberatan bukan :D.
Untuk makan burger yang dapat menghemat pengeluaran anggaran rumah tangga juga hahaha :D, untuk yang vegetarian daging sapi cincangnya bisa di skip saja atau tidak dipakai ya...

Nah, saos tomat juga saya buat sendiri di rumah. Memang tidak terlalu halus ya bunda, karena saya sengaja tidak menghaluskannya dengan blender. Saya suka dengan tekstur saos tomatnya yang sedikit kasar dan tidak halus, tetapi kalau bunda mau bisa di blender hingga halus barulah dimasak kembali sampai kental ( sesuai selera ).
Rasa asamnya memang terasa tetapi segar, sangat beda dengan saos tomat kemasan ya bunda, ya pokoknya silahkan di coba buat sendiri di rumah deh,,,

Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan :
500 gram tepung terigu 1 gelas air hangat kuku 1 sachet ragi instan / 11 gram ragi instan 3 sdm gula pasir 1 sdm margarin 1 sdt garam halus 1 butir telur untuk olesan wijen untuk taburan secukupnya
Bahan - bahan isian burger :
Patty tempe Saos tomat Keju ( kalau saya memakai keju yang lembaran atau slices, sesuai selera ) Tomat yang di iris tipis Selada segar
Bahan - bahan isian burger :
Cara Membuatnya :
1. Larutkan 3 sdm gula pasir ke dalam 1 gelas air hangat hingga benar-benar larut
2. Masukkan 1 sachet ragi instan atau 11 gram ragi instan ke dalam air hangat kuku, sisihkan dan tunggu beberapa menit hingga ragi mengembang
3. Siapkan 500 gram tepung terigu di dalam wadah yang besar, lalu tambahkan 1 sdt garam halus dan aduk rata
4. Tambahkan air ragi, aduk rata sambil di uleni hingga adonan benar-benar kalis
5. Tambahkan 1 sdm margarin ke dalam adonan rata dan uleni lagi sampai benar-benar kalis, tempatkan di dalam wadah yang diolesi minyak atau di taburi tepung agar adonan tidak lengket, tunggu sampai 1 hingga 1 jam setengah hingga adonan mengembang
6. Kempiskan adonan dan bentuk adonan bulat-bulat ( besarnya sesuai selera ), tutup dengan lap bersih agar adonan mengembang lagi
7. Panaskan oven hingga suhu 160 derajat celsius, olesi roti dengan kocokan telur dan taburi dengan wijen
8. Panggang roti selama 25 - 30 menit hingga matang lalu angkat, dinginkan dan olesi roti dengan margarin lagi
9. Untuk Penyajian : belah roti menjadi 2 bagian, olesi dengan saos tomat yang sudah di buat sendiri, beri 1 buah patty tempe, tumpuk dengan keju lalu irisan bawang bombay, tomat dan daun selada dan sajikan
2. Masukkan 1 sachet ragi instan atau 11 gram ragi instan ke dalam air hangat kuku, sisihkan dan tunggu beberapa menit hingga ragi mengembang

Menikmati Burger Tempe
Burger tempe ini sangat terasa gurih di patty nya, dipadu dengan saos tomat bikinan sendiri. Saos tomatnya memang cukup terasa asam segar, tetapi karena suka jadi tidak masalah ( karena dasarnya saos tomat memang asam ya :D ).
Jika ingin ada rasa pedasnya sedikit, anda bisa menambahkan beberapa buah cabai merah di dalam saosnya, kalau membuat sendiri tentunya bisa menyesuaikan selera kita ya bunda :D

Make burger buns, fast and easy

How To Make :

3. Prepare 500 grams of wheat flour in a large container, then add 1 tsp fine salt and mix well
4. Add yeast water and stir while in knead until the dough is really smooth
5. Add 1 tablespoon margarine into the flat dough and knead again until completely smooth, place in a container that is smeared in oil or sprinkle the flour so that the dough is not sticky, wait until 1 up to 1 hour and a half until dough has risen
6. Flat the dough by punch with your hand and shape the dough round ( the amount according to taste ), cover with a clean cloth so that the dough expands again
7. Preheat oven to a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius, spread buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame
8. Baked buns for 25-30 minutes until cooked then remove, let cool and spread the buns with margarine again
9. To serve : buns split into 2 parts, spread with tomato sauce that has made its own, give 1 piece of tempeh patty, stacked with cheese and sliced onions, tomatoes and lettuce and serve

Enjoy burger tempeh
Tempeh burger is very pronounced savory in its patty, combined with homemade tomato sauce. Tomato sauce tasted sour indeed quite fresh, but because like so it does not matter ( because basically tomato sauce was sour yes :D).
If you want a slightly spicy taste, you can add some red chilies in tomato sauce, if you create your own course can adjust our taste ya :D
