Membuat puding mentega yang sedang populer

Puding mentega sedang populer saat ini, terdiri dari 2 lapisan puding yaitu puding yang berwarna putih kekuningan dengan campuran tepung dan mentega di dalamnya serta lapisan coklat yang menggugah selera.

Ada begitu banyak resep puding mentega hasil saya browsing internet beberapa waktu yang lalu, lalu saya ketemu satu resep yang menurut saya sangat sederhana dan cukup mudah di ikuti. Karena penasaran, langsung saya nguprek-nguprek dapur dan memasak puding mentega ini karena bahan-bahan yang digunakan juga mudah didapat dan sering tersedia di dapur.

Sesuai dengan namanya untuk resep aslinya sebenarnya puding mentega dibuat memakai mentega, tetapi karena mentega harganya lumayan tinggi jadi saya substitusi dengan menggunakan margarin saja. Hanya saja kita tidak menaruh garam lagi di dalam puding mentega dikarenakan margarin biasanya sudah terasa cukup asin.

Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan puding mentega :
  • 1 bungkus agar-agar putih
  • 100 gram tepung terigu
  • 100 gram gula pasir
  • 100 gram margarin, lelehkan
  • 20 gram susu bubuk
  • 500 ml air atau 3 gelas air

  • Bahan puding coklat :
  • 1 bungkus agar-agar putih
  • 1 sdm coklat bubuk
  • 100 gram gula pasir
  • 20 gram susu bubuk
  • 500 ml air atau 3 gelas air

  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Masukkan 100 gram tepung terigu ke dalam panci, campurkan 100 gram gula pasir, 20 gram susu bubuk, 1 bungkus agar-agar putih dan 500 ml lalu rebus hingga semua bahan tercampur rata dan mengental

    2. Tambahkan 100 gram margarin yang sudah dilelehkan terlebih dahulu, aduk hingga merata dan tunggu sampai agar-agar mendidih atau meletup lalu angkat

    3. Basahi loyang dengan air terlebih dahulu lalu tuangi agar-agar yang sudah setengah dingin ke dalam loyang, ratakan dan dinginkan

    4. Untuk puding coklat : campur semua bahan lalu masak hingga mendidih dan mengental, angkat dan tunggu sampai agar-agar hangat

    5. Setelah tidak terlalu panas, tuang puding coklat keatas puding mentega yang sudah jadi sedikit demi sedikit hingga merata

    6. Anginkan di suhu ruang terlebih dahulu, setelah benar-benar dingin baru dimasukkan ke dalam kulkas dan potong-potong ketika akan dimakan

    7. Puding mentega lebih nikmat disantap ketika dingin

    Mencicipi puding mentega yang legit

    Puding mentega terasa cukup legit dengan campuran tepung, margarin serta susu di dalamnya. Tetapi jika anda tidak terlalu ingin rasa margarin atau menteganya dominan maka cukup kurangi saja takaran mentega yang digunakan.

    Boleh tidak ditambahkan susu jika tidak ingin puding menteganya terasa sekali susunya, karena biasanya kalau menggunakan susu bubuk dengan merk tertentu maka rasa susu akan dominan sekali. Tinggal anda kurangi saja takaran susu di dalam resepnya ya...

    Perpaduan puding mentega dan puding coklat pas di lidah, dan manisnya juga tidak terlalu manis. Untuk anda yang kurang menyukai rasa manis yang legit, maka resep puding mentega versi saya ini cocok di lidah anda. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

  • 1 pack of jelly white
  • 100 grams of wheat flour

  • 20 grams of milk powder
  • 500 ml of water or 3 cups of water

  • Chocolate pudding Ingredients :
  • 1 pack of jelly white
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 20 grams of milk powder
  • 500 ml of water or 3 cups of water

  • How To Make :

    1. Enter 100 grams of wheat flour to the pan, mix 100 grams sugar, 20 grams of milk powder, 1 pack of jelly white and 500 ml and boil until all ingredients are well blended and thickened

    2. Add 100 grams of margarine that has been melted before, mix well and wait until the gelatin boil or bubbling and lifting
