Resep berikut sangat mudah di praktekkan di dapur kecil bunda, tidak perlu waktu yang lama untuk menyiapkannya. Ditambah lagi dengan bahan-bahan yang mudah didapat, menggunakan bahan yang tidak terlalu banyak dan sederhana.
Banyak yang bilang kue kering yang satu ini adalah kue kering yang klasik, berbahan dasar kacang tanah. Tidak memerlukan telur dan mentega di dalamnya. Siapapun bisa membuatnya, bahkan untuk anda yang belum pernah masak sekalipun bisa belajar untuk membuatnya, benar-benar mudah dan praktis.
Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan :
- 400 gram tepung terigu
- 350 gram kacang tanah
- 200 gram gula halus
- 3/4 gelas minyak sayur
- 1 sdt garam halus
Cara membuatnya :
- Goreng 350 gram kacang tanah hingga matang, angkat dan tiriskan sampai kacang tidak lagi berminyak
- Kemudian haluskan kacang menggunakan blender sedikit demi sedikit sampai kacang benar-benar halus, sisihkan
- Masukkan 350 gram kacang tanah yang sudah dihaluskan ke dalam wadah yang besar, tambahkan 200 gram gula halus dan 1 sdt garam halus, aduk rata
- Tambahkan 3/4 gelas minyak sayur bergantian dengan 400 gram tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit
- Aduk rata sambil terus di uleni hingga rata dan adonan menyatu dan bisa di bentuk bulat-bulat
- Bentuk adonan sesuai selera, lalu letakkan ke dalam loyang yang sudah di siapkan
- Panggang selama lebih kurang 30 menit dengan suhu 160 derajat celsius atau sampai bagian bawah kue berwarna kecoklatan, angkat dan dinginkan
- Setelah dingin anda bisa langsung menyajikannya atau memasukkan kue ke dalam toples kedap udara
Ketika di panggang kue akan mengeluarkan aroma harum kacang tanah, itu artinya proses memasaknya sudah berjalan setengahnya, karena oven saya panas di dalamnya kurang merata. Jadilah perlu membuka dan memutar posisi loyangnya sekali-sekali agar tidak hangus di salah satu sisinya. Jika bagian bawah kue terlanjur gosong, jangan khawatir ya. Anda tinggal mengikis bagian bawah kue yang gosong dengan menggunakan pisau secara perlahan-lahan.

Karena tidak menggunakan telur dan mentega di dalamnya, ketika memakannya pertama kali tidak menimbulkan rasa eneg. Terasa ringan dan kacang tanahnya benar-benar terasa.

Peanuts Cookies Recipe or Skippy
