Yuk mengenal kentang dan ikan asin
Yuk kita mengenal sedikit tentang sayuran yang satu ini, kentang merupakan sumber pati, vitamin dan serat. Merupakan salah satu komoditas yang murah dan sebagian penduduk memanfaatkannya sebagai makanan pokok dikarenakan kentang memiliki sumber serat yang cukup tinggi. Kentang kaya vitamin dan mineral serta mengandung sedikit lemak dan kolesterol sehingga mengkonsumsinya tidak membikin gemuk, oleh karena itu sangat cocok nih untuk bunda-bunda yang berminat diet dan melangsingkan tubuh :D

Resep sambal kentang dengan ikan asin

Oya bunda, serat yang terdapat pada kentang dapat membantu mencegah sembelit serta mengurangi penyerapan kolesterol makanan dan menurunkan kolesterol jahat LDL. Kentang juga dapat membantu pencernaan dan sumber karbohidrat yang baik untuk penderita diabetes. Kentang kaya antioksidan dalam artian kalau bunda ingin terlihat awet muda maka perbanyaklah mengkonsumsi kentang. Selain itu kentang mengandung banyak mineral, kaya vitamin A, mengandung senyawa zat anti kanker. Nah, bunda begitu banyak manfaat kentang bagi kesehatan. Dan tidak salah jika kita belajar mengolah kentang menjadi hidangan-hidangan yang menggugah selera.

Bunda suka ikan asin ? Kalau saya suka, tetapi tentunya untuk mengolah ikan asin pun ada caranya ya. Saya sering merendam ikan asin terlebih dahulu dengan air biasa untuk beberapa saat untuk mengurangi rasa asin dari kandungan garam yang berlebih ketika ikan asin tersebut di olah. Kemudian baru cuci bersih dan di potong sesuai selera. Kalau garam di ikan asin benar-benar tebal dan banyak, bunda bisa merendam ikan asin selama beberapa jam dengan mengganti terus air rendaman yang sudah keruh. Dengan begitu ikan asin dapat aman dan nyaman sampai ke meja hidangan kita, berikut saya ingin membagikan resep olahan dari kentang dan ikan asin yang menjadi kesukaan saya sekeluarga. Yuk, kita mulai memasak bunda :D
Bahan - bahan :
  • 500 gram kentang
  • 500 gram ikan asin
  • 10 buah cabai merah
  • 6 siung bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 2 sdm gula merah
  • 2 sdt garam halus
  • Minyak sayur secukupnya

  • Cara Membuatnya :

    1. Kupas dan cuci bersih 500 gram kentang lalu potong sesuai selera

    2. Potong - potong 500 gram ikan asin lalu rendam di dalam air bersih selama beberapa saat, kemudian cuci bersih dan tiriskan

    3. Haluskan 10 buah cabai merah, 6 siung bawang merah dan 3 siung bawang putih, sisihkan

    4. Panaskan minyak sayur di dalam wajan untuk menggoreng kentang dan ikan asin, setelah panas goreng kentang dan ikan asin hingga matang dan berubah kekuningan, angkat dan sisihkan

    5. Panaskan minyak sayur beberapa sendok, lalu tumis bumbu-bumbu yang sudah di haluskan hingga harum

    6. Masukkan 2 sdm gula merah dan 2 sdt garam halus, aduk hingga merata

    7. Masukkan kentang dan ikan asin yang sudah di goreng, aduk hingga bumbu benar-benar meresap

    8. Kemudian angkat dan sajikan

    Nah, mudah bukan membuat sambal kentang untuk hidangan sekeluarga. Penggunaan garam di dalam masakannya perlu di perhatikan ya bunda, agar rasanya tidak terlalu asin dikarenakan untuk menyeimbangkan rasa dari ikan asin. Jadi untuk memasak yang bergizi dan nikmat di rumah kita sendiri tidak harus selalu mahal kan bunda ? cukup dengan bahan sederhana tetapi memiliki nilai gizi yang baik untuk bunda dan keluarga.     Fibers contained in potatoes can help prevent constipation and reduce the absorption of dietary cholesterol and lowering bad LDL cholesterol. Potatoes can also help digestion and a good source of carbohydrates for diabetics. Potatoes are rich in antioxidants in the sense that if the mother wants to look younger then increase potato consumption. Besides the potato contains a lot of minerals, rich in vitamin A, a compound containing anti-cancer substances. Well mother, so much for the health benefits of potatoes. And it is not wrong if we learn to cook the potatoes into dishes were tempting.

    Do you like salted fish ? If I like it, but certainly for processing salted fish there is any way. I often soak salted fish first with plain water for a while to reduce the saltiness of salt in excess when the processed salted fish. And then wash thoroughly and cut according to taste.     Ingredients :
  • 500 grams of potato
  • 500 grams of salted fish
  • 10 red chilies

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar
  • 2 tsp fine salt
  • Vegetable oil to taste

  • How to make :

    1. Peel and wash 500 grams of potatoes then cut to taste

    2. Cut to taste500 grams of salted fish and soak in water for a few minutes, then wash and drain

    3. Puree 10 red chilies, 6 cloves red onion and 3 cloves of garlic, set aside

    4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet for frying potatoes and salted fish, after hot fried potatoes and salted fish to mature and turn yellow, remove and set aside

    5. Heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and stir-fry the spices already in puree until fragrant

    6. Put 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 tsp fine salt, mix well
