Olahan daging berikut ini tidak memerlukan waktu yang berjam-jam dalam memasaknya karena yang digunakan memang bagian daging yang cepat matang dan lembut. Tetapi jika memang tidak menggunakan bagian yang lembutnya, anda bisa mengolah daging tersebut dengan cara di rendam dengan parutan nanas terlebih dahulu sebelum memasaknya sekitar 1 hingga 2 jam. Ketika ingin dimasak, barulah daging di cuci untuk menghilangkan parutan nanas yang menempel. Dengan begini daging akan lebih cepat empuk ketika di masak.
Resep daging berikut hampir mirip dengan sup daging, bedanya terdapat pada bumbu-bumbu yang digunakan. Selain segar yang di dapat dari buah tomat tentunya rendah kolesterol juga karena terdapat sayur-sayuran di dalamnya. Masakan daging yang satu ini tidak kalah lezatnya dengan masakan daging yang lainnya, bahkan saya dan suami cenderung menyukai olahan daging yang seperti ini. Apabila cenderung bosan dengan masakan daging yang menggunakan santan, masakan daging yang ini bisa menjadi salah satu menu dalam hidangan anda.
Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan :
2 kg daging sapi 2 buah jagung manis 250 gram wortel 4 batang daun bawang 4 buah tomat ukuran besar 10 siung bawang merah 5 siung bawang putih 15 buah cabai rawit 5 cm jahe 5 cm lengkuas 2 cm kunyit 3 batang serai 5 lembar daun salam 2 liter air Garam dan gula secukupnya
Bahan - bahan :
Cara Membuatnya :
1. Cuci bersih daging lalu potong sesuai selera, masukkan ke dalam panci dan tambahkan air sebanyak 2 liter lalu rebus
2. Kupas dan bersihkan jahe, lengkuas, kunyit dan serai lalu memarkan dan masukkan bersama 5 lembar daun salam ke dalam rebusan daging
3. Iris 10 siung bawang merah, 5 siung bawang putih dan 15 cabai rawit ( belah dua di bagian ujungnya ) lalu masukkan juga ke dalam rebusan daging
4. Bersihkan wortel dan jagung manis ( diambil butir jagungnya saja ), potong sesuai selera dan masukkan ke dalam rebusan daging yang sudah setengah matang dan empuk
5. Setelah daging dan sayuran empuk, tambahkan daun bawang dan tomat yang sudah di potong
6. Tambahkan juga garam dan gula sesuai selera, angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat

Vegetables Meat Stew Recipe
