Cocoknya ketan kuning dan serundeng
Ketan kuning serundeng ini merupakan salah satu kue tradisional di kota kami. Biasanya dijual oleh ibu-ibu penjual keliling yang membawa tampah, berbagai macam kue di jualnya. Salah satunya ketan kuning serundeng, selain berwarna kuning ada juga ketan yang hanya berwarna putih saja.
Dan temannya ketan ini adalah serundeng, serundeng merupakan taburan ketan kuning yang berbahan dasar kelapa muda yang diparut. Kemudian di tumis dengan bumbu-bumbu yang menggunakan sedikit minyak dan di sangrai hingga kelapa berubah menjadi kecoklatan.
Cara memasak ketan kuning serundeng ini tidaklah terlalu sulit, karena merupakan kue tradisional yang sederhana dengan bahan yang sangat mudah di dapatkan. Berikut saya bagikan resep dan cara membuat ketan kuning serundeng yang telah saya coba masak di dapur saya.

Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan - bahan : 300 gram ketan putih 100 gram kelapa parut 65 ml santan kental 3 cm kunyit, dihaluskan 1 sdt ketumbar 5 siung bawang merah 3 siung bawang putih 1 ruas lengkuas 4 lembar daun salam 1 batang serai, ambil bagian putih saja Minyak sayur secukupnya Garam dan gula secukupnya Air secukupnya
Cara Membuatnya :
1. Masak 300 gram ketan putih hingga setengah matang dan air sedikit menyusut, masak dengan api kecil
2. Tambahkan 65 ml santan kental, dicampur dengan air kira-kira 1 gelas, lalu aduk rata
3. Masukkan kunyit yang sudah dihaluskan, dan tambahkan garam secukupnya, aduk rata
4. Setelah semua tercampur dan ketan berubah warna menjadi kuning, matikan kompor dan sisihkan
5. Didihkan air di dalam panci pengukus, setelah mendidih masukkan ketan kuning dan masak sampai ketan matang, angkat dan dinginkan
6. Sementara itu, haluskan bumbu-bumbu : 1 sdt ketumbar, 5 siung bawang merah dan 3 siung bawang putih dan memarkan 1 ruas lengkuas dan serai, sisihkan
7. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak sayur di dalam wajan lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan lengkuas, daun salam, serai, garam dan gula
8. Tambahkan kelapa parut dan aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata, sangrai kelapa dengan api sedang sampai kelapa berwarna kecoklatan
9. Angkat dan sajikan ketan kuning bersama serundeng
2. Tambahkan 65 ml santan kental, dicampur dengan air kira-kira 1 gelas, lalu aduk rata
3. Masukkan kunyit yang sudah dihaluskan, dan tambahkan garam secukupnya, aduk rata
4. Setelah semua tercampur dan ketan berubah warna menjadi kuning, matikan kompor dan sisihkan
5. Didihkan air di dalam panci pengukus, setelah mendidih masukkan ketan kuning dan masak sampai ketan matang, angkat dan dinginkan
6. Sementara itu, haluskan bumbu-bumbu : 1 sdt ketumbar, 5 siung bawang merah dan 3 siung bawang putih dan memarkan 1 ruas lengkuas dan serai, sisihkan
7. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak sayur di dalam wajan lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan lengkuas, daun salam, serai, garam dan gula
8. Tambahkan kelapa parut dan aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata, sangrai kelapa dengan api sedang sampai kelapa berwarna kecoklatan
9. Angkat dan sajikan ketan kuning bersama serundeng

Hmmm,,, sore ini saya sudah menikmati ketan kuning serundeng yang merupakan jajanan tempo dulu. Rasa ketannya gurih karena di tambahkan dengan santan kelapa, dengan serundengnya yang harum.
